Oasis) for John Lewis' Christmas advert as well as Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole) and are widely loved. Katy Perry posted a video in which she endorsed Runaway. The endorsement earned her some recognition. Celebrate the special occasion. Aurora Aksnes' first musical memory involves finding a small piano that was in her basement and bewildered by the sound it created. Her parents May-Britt as well as Jan Oystein Aksnes encouraged her to take up music not as a career or hobby but as a way to develop. As a result, she began writing her own music. In addition to Bjork She also cites Leonard Cohen as an influence. She decided to start performing her songs publicly when her mother suggested that they might help others not be famous with her work, but instead help those around them see their own importance and how they can affect the world. She started playing piano at age six and making music when she was 9 years old. It wasn't until her 14th birthday that she revealed her plans to her parents. There was no way she could have imagined to become Aurora. As she says, she simply loves writing music. For her, music is the best means of communicating anything.
